Re-Spin is a peer-to-peer marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of vinyl records in the Nordic countries. The platform is operated by KomoHouse AS, Norway. KomoHouse AS provides the technology platform but is not a party to transactions between users — all sales are directly between buyers and sellers.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Re-Spin. Users aged 16–17 require parental or guardian consent. By creating an account you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Use accurate information when registering. Accounts are personal and may not be transferred or sold to another person.

Sellers are solely responsible for accurate descriptions, condition grades (Goldmine standard), pricing, and the condition of items sold. Re-Spin does not verify listings or guarantee the outcome of any transaction. Buyers and sellers are responsible for agreeing on pickup or shipping arrangements. Re-Spin charges no transaction fees on sales.

You may not use Re-Spin to: sell counterfeit, bootleg, or illegally reproduced recordings; list stolen or illegal items; harass, threaten, or impersonate other users; engage in fraudulent transactions or price manipulation; scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform; or violate any applicable laws.

Re-Spin offers optional premium features via in-app subscription. Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play and subject to their respective terms. You may cancel at any time through your device subscription settings. Refunds are governed by Apple's or Google's refund policies. KomoHouse AS has no obligation to provide refunds beyond what those policies require.

Re-Spin is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. KomoHouse AS is not liable for losses arising from transactions between users, inaccurate listings, data loss, or service interruptions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for a premium subscription in the three months preceding a claim.

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Oslo, Norway, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
